Details
This works by having separate accounts for each division using the accounts “account Description” field as a marker to indicate which division the account is allocated to.
This works by assigning jobs to each division. Very easy to do as can have transactions split amongst many divisions.
Every transaction is assigned to a category. Cannot split an invoice over several categories.
Separate data for each division allows different levels of access and can be run at different locations. DataWise Forecast handles budgets , and consolidations
